appalling

<p>im so appalled by the service i received today at mc donald carnival city ...went to a drive thru ordered 3 meals paid for them however was only given 2 meals and only noticed that when i get home....called spoken to Pamela assistance mananger which she was no help i then requested someone higher than her she gave me Maureen the branch mananger who didn't offer any solution to the problem and inconvenience her staff created but she kept giving me lausy apology she's useless and not fit to run the business as she can not offer customers solutions to problems im just disgusted as my child went to bed hungry because of mc donald </p>
