App doesn't work but Mcdelivery staff don't know that

<p>I cannot deal with the incompetence at McDonalds, spent over 30 minutes with trying to place an order and after even calling the Mcdelivery service twice I am told the app is not working, why are the call centre people not told this? Then when i ask Aviwe when the order will arrive I am told the store is over loaded? I am done with such incompetence, Mcdonalds does not take customers seriously. Never again!!!</p>
