Apologies to Whackhead Simpson

Two days ago I thought I was on the other end of a prank call!

I got a call from the MANAGER of McDonalds Plumstead, more than a MONTH after I emailed them my complaint. Besides being overcharged for our initial order by untrained staff, my 3yr old son was not given any toy with his happy meal. When I contacted McDonalds Plumstead to inform them of this poor service, nothing happened until more than a month later when the manager at this branch decides to call me up and let me know that they are sending someone to me with a toy. Seriously!!!??? I'm gobsmacked, and apologies to Whackhead, who I thought had something to do with this. I could not believe what unfolded in the conversation with the MANAGER of this branch. I was promised a call from someone more senior which had to happen yesterday and, you guessed it! Nothing happened.
