Another takeaway order ruined

So this last purchase, your store forgot to put my dip with my child's kiddies meal at the drive thru. I paid R49,95 for chips, a juice and a toy. The nuggets were too dry to eat for my child. You also ruined my meal because my family didn't get what they wanted and were miserable. Takeaways is a luxury. Your store is a premium, expensive store. I would expect you would at least give what you promise, not to mention the expectation of being better, which you are not. Barely a month ago your store forgot 2 kids toys with my order. These R300+ orders that you ruined. I will not be using your stores again as it is a huge disappointment. I will rather upset my children getting them anything but Macdonald before I have to deal with the disappointment of not getting to enjoy what they've been waiting for. 2 consecutive orders ruined in a row within a month of each other. These cannot be isolated incidents, you have a problem.
