Another great experience at McDonalds Old Fort Road, Durban

Thumbs up to McDonalds Old Fort Road, for another efficient & pleasant customer experience. When in the mood for chicken burgers, I'll drive 20km further than the McDonalds closer to me, just because I know I will get great service from the Old Fort Road branch. This outlet is always busy, & even when they surpass peak operating capacity, you still get friendly efficient service. They even deploy staff in the rain, to manage drive through & parking traffic (for the eat in folk), so that entire experience is orderly & pleasant. The staff are always friendly & ever eager to assist. To all the other "chicken" orientated QSR's out there, I suggest to visit McDonalds Old Fort Road, to really understand what efficient & friendly customer service is all about.
