Another bad experience!!!!!!

We were at McDonalds last week, we stood in line at the drive through for almost a half an hour, when we got to the ordering station the lady said something is wrong we had to go in and go stand inside in the row. When we went to park she started helping the people behind us and the rest of the cars were also allowed to go through the drive through... so we left. Tonight we went again, stood in line for the drive through for 20 min when we got to the ordering station they didnt have icecream??? No notices anywhere... once again we just waited for another dissapiontment ????.
