Annoyed customer
<p>So. This might seem pretty petty but I feel it's the principle behind it. I love McDonald's in fact it's my favorite take out but at this point I am so fed up with the lack of attention given by staff at the Capricorn branch in Muizenberg. </p> <p>Below mentioned are only a few of the over looked incidences that have happened at three of my most visited branches over the past month or so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Really enjoy my meals with extra cheese (which I am charged for) but for some reason they ALWAYS fail to execute this simple request. </p> <p> </p> <p>This evening I bought a few items and with my meals I requested extra cheese on both of my meals which I was charged for and asked them to make sure it was on there because I know from past experience this did not happen and once again. I open my meals at home. And there is no extra cheese . This happens on numerous occasions as well as at the cavendish branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>That was not it. With my meal I ordered a coke with no ice. That request was too ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly. I advise branches that do not serve the 'big tasty' to REMOVE THEIR ADVERTISMENTS OF IT. Regardless of the time during the day may it be morning, noon or night this meal is boldly advertised but ALWAYS out of stock. Of some ingredient or the other. </p> <p> </p> <p>In one incident at the cavendish branch I requested an extra patty on my burger which also paid for . I then phoned in and was told to come back, I then drove all the way back for the matter to be resolved. The staff was not even apologetic all that was said was "we're very busy today" not that I was expecting much as the Cavendish staff are very unwelcoming ,always more engaged in their own conversations and often ignoring the customer waiting for someone else to take the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at The point where I am now disgusted with the blatant disregard for customer requests and honestly have been put off and doubt the McDonald's franchise will ever see my money again.</p> <p> </p> <p>However I must give credit where credit is due. The branch in Rosmead avenue is absolutely the best,efficient ,clean ,friendly and fast.</p> <p>There too I had this happen to me ,where the cheese was over looked. The manager was so apologetic and fixed this immediately with no attitude whatsoever.it really was appreciated,if ever I decide to go to McDonald's again. I will only be going to the Rosmead Branch. I just wish this efficiency was portrayed throughout the entire franchise.</p> <p>Grately disappointed.</p>
