angry!

Yesterday the 26th September 2019 i went to McDonalds @ the traderoute mall in Lenasia south of JHB. I placed an order & 1st waited for 20 min at the window of the drive through after paying . i asked why let us wait so long without anyone coming to the window to explain to us the reason and all i was told was sorry. when arriving at home after trusting i would get what i ordered and paid for was WRONG! instead i got the wrong 4 meals i ordered and it was dry & burned & cold and was falling apart and instead of 4 delux beef burger meals i got 4 plain chicken burgers and 6 burned jalapeno puffs! this is not on at all . im very frustrated. and i refuse to leave this matter alone
