Angry customer

I order food via Uber eats at Protea Glen mall and driver arrived shortly after 10:03am. He waited for the food for over 30 minutes. This is not the first time and gives a bad taste for the restaurant. I am not happy with the service. I let it go the first time however i see its actually a trend.
