Angry customer

On the 16/04/2023 at 12:01 i ordered nuggets and macchiato... Knowing that you guys have the best coffe thst why want there. The other cashier asked why did I order it cause the other girl was asking how they make it... Giving them the opportunity to do the right thing. They took time and i asked for the order to be canceled but they said it has already been paid. I asked for a refund they refused u waited 30 for a coffe it was empty. This is the second time i receive this kind of service. I want my money back.
