Angry Customer

Good Morning,

I am very angry at the service I received at the Alberton MacDonald, the person that was helping me was not paying attention to what I was ordering. I ordered a Breakfast wrap instead on the slip she ranged something else. The reason I saw that she order a wrong order is the change I got because the breakfast wrap R40.90, after advising her that she place an order for me with something I did not order then I saw a negative attitude as if it was my fault and whereas she is the one that was not listening. My concern is that it is not the first time such happened where I got a wrong order.

On the 6th of October I went to MacDonald’s in Alberton with my family for breakfast and my husband ordered a chicken burger however we received a beef burger for him and the manager did not even bother to apologise. Same as today, I had to throw a fit and still the manager on duty did not apologise for the poor service I received. I am so disappointed at their service and very angry that I have to pay for the service that I am not happy with
