Angry and dissatisfied customer

How rude was I treated today just for complaining that I was charged twice for one meal, my first card declined twice and had to use an alternative card later in the day I get a confirmation that an amount has gone out from the card that had previously declined I than go to the fast food to claim then was told to wait 24hours money will return that didn't happen went back 3 days after and was told to bring a bank statement this information was not given to me previously so I got angry cause I felt I was being taken for a fool, as if that was not enough bad attitude and rude comments followed, why do u hire such rude and uneducated ppl at your McDonalds in locations. I'm disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated and honestly want my money back I don't see myself using the McDonalds in Chishani Mall in Vosloorus again such rude people disgusting.
