Angry and disgusted Customer

McDonald's in East London are becoming disgustingly slow, whether drive thru or inside, specifically Vincent and Beacon Bay where I have been.

Today I was in Beacon Bay, I pent 5 min waiting on the drive thru without a single car moving. Luckily, I was still the last car, I reversed and parked, got inside the "Fast Food" restaurant, made my order and waited 10min before I started complaining to get an order of large chips and 2 McFlurry Oreo, which half of the McFlurry I drank...

Not even an apology after not getting a response when I asked if they're short stuffed for serving so slow.

I told my son I'm never coming to McD's on our way from school cause it's taking too long.
