Anger customer

I made an McDonalds online at Corner Leeuwkop and Rivonia Road, Sunninghill, Johannesburg Chili on Top. I took them an hour to get here which I understand cause its month end. The delivery guys normally calls when they get here but today this guy decides not to call and only calls after 45 mins when he returns the order back to the store. I called the store to re-order and send the meal back but they never come. I was told that a manger will call me back and am still waiting for the call. Since they did not call till now I then made a new order again online. its been over 2 hours and am still waiting. Track my order and it shows that the order it shows that the order was received. Am hungry and the level of service is not good. this is not the first time that this had happened but today they punched to complain
