*********** and useless managers

I went to McDonald's Tsakane Mall as I placed my order for a regular only to be told that they don't have any regular meals. I then asked how is that possible, cause I want a regular, the stuff member couldn't answer and decided to call his colleague to come assist me. She came and I told her what I wanted she said the same thing of not having any regular meals. I asked her the same question that how is that possible cause that's what I want. She couldn't answer as she asked me to drive to the next window. When I got there I asked again, how is it possible that you don't have regular meals she then explained that they don't have any regular cups so the only way to get a regular meal is buy taking water and not the drink. I then told her that I don't want water I want a drink what's the solution to the problem, she then asked to call her manager. The useless most *********** so called manager came, I am seriously questioning how she got that position cause she is useless and has no customer service at all. Here she comes with some s*** attitude and tells me that she there is nothing to do it's either I take the medium meal or leave cause as she stated there are no cups for regulars meals. I asked her what solution she has and she said she doesn't have any solutions and she doesn't have time for this nonsense. I then told her that I will report her and she told me to glady do so as she waved her name tag( Nomsa Booi) in my face and she walked away.

I am really disgusted by the way the specific outlet operates as there is always something but the management there is s*** honestly and they don't know how to deal and serve their customers and it goes to show that clearly nothing is being done with our reviews or complaints about their stuff as they can boost fully tell a customer to go ahead and complain. They know very well that nothing will be done nor happen to them.

McDonald's used to be my favorite but now it's not anymore the service there keeps on sinking day by day.
