An incorrect meal processed by the cashier

The worst service I have ever got from MacDonald Braamfontein. I spoke to the cashier who was Katlego whom I wanted a quarter pounder meal from and I needed just a swop from a soft drink to a shake. She processed a meal called "McFeas" which is a meal I did not ask for. She called her team leader or Manager by the name of Winnie and said she can't do anything about my complaint. I am highly dissapointed at the service this two gave and they just didn't even come up with any solution. I didn't even had lunch because of how the cashier could not prove in order for mutual understanding. #McDonaldinBraamisTerrible
