An incomplete meal

Went to McDonald's Belhar in Cape Town

Ordered a simple Two cheese burger meal.

One of the burgers comes through without a burger patty.

14 km later I'm back at McDonald's Belhar trying to figure out who stole my meal from me.

The call Eddie the manager... he doesn't even show face. Sends out a staff member to deal with my delightful complaint.

At this point the taste of McDonald's frustrates me because I couldn't lodge my complaint telephonically.

I called 5 times before having to drive through to face incompetence.

I couldn't accept what they had offered to rectify the disappointment.
