An entire month of poor poor service

Mc donalds bellville voortrekker road, you need to step up. Im extremely dissapointed, ive been a mc donalds bellville customer for over 9 years and lately the service has dropped tremendously. This month of march was even worse, on sunday the 12th march i was queing in the drive threw stood some time to order ice coffee, only to get told they dont have ice coffee i then left, Saturday morning 18th march i stopped again for cuppucino was then told again they dont have cuppucino, however the saturday afternoon i returned to buy ice coffee and guess what i got turned away again as they again did not have ice coffee. TONIGHT the 23rd march i still returned back to the same mc donalds after all this dissapointment to buy my family a meal, after i ordered and paid i was then only told that they dont have a boy toy to go with ny son happy meal how pathetic and what is a happy meal without a toy, im extremely dissapointed bad service. And the worst part is they make u queue for so long only to say NO SORRY WE DONT HAVE, why not inform the customers or out up a sign out of stock
