An empty burger!

I am absolutely disappointed with McDonald's Gateway Umhlanga. I ordered the Boerie burger classic as a takeaway, it came with only the bun, patty and ketchup. it was not a busy night so there can't be an excuse for this. I only saw this when I got home after a busy day.
