An embarrassing day at MacDonald’s Mall of Africa

What’s a day at MacDonald’s Mall of Africa today, walked I sanitised ordered a Big Mac medium I jokingly asked: is it no longer R40, Vivian asked where have I seen such? Vivian is the MacDonald Mall of africa. I kept quiet and I was shown to the waiting line just outside the door. While I’m waiting a cashier by the name of Mbali asked what am I waiting for can’t I see my food ready, I quietly went to collect my order which was a take away after I specifically asked for a eat in, I asked why is it not take away as I had ordered one, Mbali asked me so “what do you want change for that?” I was so embarrassed I quietly went on to Wright my details on the registration book before seating down to eat, ladies clearing tables spoke about the same situation, the other telling the other she noticed how rude Mbali was to me. Have MacDonald’s standards dropped that low? Scary.
