Americans were better when they were owning that shop

I visited MacDonald Menlyn 04/05/2021 I was there before 07h00 and I waited patiently so for them staff to prepare their food as they open the door at 07h35 I went closer to the shop to place my order the lady with spectacles told me they are busy preparing the tills and change, I believe that must be done before 7 o'clock before the shop opens. I did asked the lady what time they open she confirmed 7 and I did ask what time they start selling she confirmed 7 again but I waited 07h40 and decided to leave. I have visited the branch 4 to 5 times but is the same only nicest person at that shop the lady manager. I am disappointed by the service
