Amazing service

I would like to commend Mc Donald on their phenomenal service <br> I had a query with a slight miss order in Wednesday, I called their hotline and within a few hours I got a call back from the owner of the Sandton City franchise George. For someone of his stature he is an extremely humble person, he apologised and suggested that I call him when I'm at one of his stores again.<br> Today I took him up on his offer and he referred me to his branch manager Tebogo, the level of service I received today was truly spectacular I felt like a VIP. <br> Tebogo you were awesome and thank you for everything, George you really got a great team well done, <br> I can see how the sparkling attitude and customer service trickles down to your staff.<br> There is hope customer service is still alive<br> <br> Thank you Mc Ds<br> Eugene<br>
