Amanda Njili (Horrible Customer Service)

Horrible customer service experience in McDonald's in Okovango on the 9th of May 2021. Ncumisa Qwina's colleague, Amanda Njili addressed me in a very rude manner. She gave me a horrible attitude and refused to take my order.She was extremely disrespectful and out of order. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated in my life. As a result, I do not think I will be going the the McDonald's in Okovango ever again
