Am not happy

I bought McDonald's four regular meals at McDonald's in Polokwane,Thabo Mbeki street. 1.the lady on drive thru does not have interest in taking orders,I had to ask four or five times if she was capturing my order,she lacks customer service skills and friendliness name is Maditaba Lepele 2. 2 out of the 4 meals did not have what I ordered, which was extra 4:1 patty.my problem it is not for the first time,last I was able to drive back to demand what was outstanding but Tonight I didn't have energy since it late and must prepare for Monday. Honestly speaking, the service at at this establishment seems to be deteriorating. Order number 1862
