Always running out

How is it that a so called esteemed establishment is always running out of stock? At least 3 times over the span of a month, that I know of, they run out of something or other, if it's not cups, then it's whipped cream or syrup. But what took the cake this morning was when I ordered a tall iced coffee, they didn't have coffee syrup, the guy that takes my order charges me double the price of a small cup without informing me about the shortage of short cups. Only after ask why he's charging me so much does he tell me that they are out of tall cups. How's that for awesome customer service?
