Always no ice cream machine broken

I always wonder who is managing this McD and if they are normal people,

Ice cream is never available machine always broken, Cold drink option we only have cream soda thats what they always have well most of the time, staff attitude perfect but service becomes bad when you drive all the way only to find there is no Macflurry or whatever is it you looking for,

i dont want any favors but please fix this as it is bad customer exp,
