Almost dead

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the consistently poor service I have received from your McDonald’s Stellenbosch Merriman branch.

During my most recent visit, my vanilla iced coffee had no flavour and tasted like plain coffee. The burger I purchased was hard and clearly not fresh. Additionally, I specifically requested that cheese be removed from my burger due to an allergy. Despite this, cheese was still added, even though the slip on the packaging clearly indicated “no cheese.”

This level of negligence is extremely concerning, particularly given the potential health risk involved.

Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience at this branch. On a previous occasion, I purchased a meal and only discovered once I got home that the chips were missing. I also submitted a complaint at that time and did not receive any feedback.

It is disappointing to repeatedly pay for food that is either incorrect, incomplete, or poorly prepared. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed to prevent further occurrences.
