Allegedly **** ALERT!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

McDonald's cradlestone mall. I bought a burger last week the 11th of nov 2025. The order was wrong when I ask for my change from the purchase they said they can't give me because i bought with my bank card i have to email head. I emailed the head office but the email never went through. I complained online until someone called me promise to refund me. That was last week Friday. Till now and I'm told my incident has been resolved but I never received my R30 change. Im forced to buy something with it at McDonald's and I dont want. I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER UNTIL YOU REFUND ME WITH YOUR BAD ATTITUDE HEAD OF STAFF.
