All items was not there

Very bad service at MC Donalds - Old Fort Road, Durban via the Drive Thru. Burgers where so dry and did not taste nice, Chips where cold. Everything was not there, With regards to the 2 kids meals I ordered, No juice or toy was there. I had to ask them for my coll drink with my order because the lady asked me what am I waiting for
