AGAIN BAD SERVICE FROM MCDONALD'S VANGATE MALL AND ATHLONE

We like to order from McDonald's on a regular basis, especially their breakfast menus. We usually order through Uber Eats as its easier as I work from home. Please tell me how my order can be wrong on each and every occasion. I order 2 meals which comes with a coffee and hashbrown and whatever mc****in you order. Then I place an additional order of two extra hashbrowns with it. How can both these outlets get a simple order like this Wrong. They keep forgetting the extra 2 hashbrowns, every single time, no failing. If you add it up, I'm losing money. ThE same thing happened this morning, ordererd 2 S&E MEAL WITH 2 EXTRA HASHBROWNS. No extra hashbrown again I'm losing money. Cant get through to Vangate's number number has been unavailable for last 30minutes. So what is my recourse here. This is unacceptable, I don't have the time to make a complaint to them and McDonald's customer service is also unavailable. Hoping for some positive back since the last time I posted no feedback, nothing. So this is probably for nothing. Next stop TikTok, maybe then I will get my correct order.
