Adelia an Angel of Service

<p>On Friday the 24th of February 2017 I purchased a share box meal and a Spicy Cajun Burger at the Mc Donald's at Bara in Soweto. As I received my order I thought everything was inside the bag. When I got home I saw that the Spicy Cajun Burger was not inside. As it was late I didn't call the restaurant and decided it go on Monday. As I got to the Mc Donald's on Monday afternoon I was helped by a lovely lady named Adelia. She immediately sorted it out no questions asked. She gave me a customer experience I have never received from any fast food outlet. Thank you Adelia your service was outstanding. It shows that she takes her job seriously. My Burger was replaced and I even received fries to say sorry. I give this lady a 10/10 along with the restaurant as their employees are well mannered and always smiling ☺☺☺☺☺</p>
