Action needs to be taken

Went to McDonald's pinetown this morning..they are meant to open at 7am...i was there 7.05am and the staff were still strolling in...floors were only being cleaned then and I was told to wait 20 minutes for the machines to start...totally ridiculous as I was meant to get many staff from.my company breakfast items..wasted time and petrol going there and all staff ignored me until I called out loudly for a 2nd time and then was told to wait...my team and I had to deal with no breakfast which we were depending on today.
