Absolutely worst customer service. are pathetic

<p>So. I install the app. Works. I order quite a large order. For myself and few other folks. I pay online. Payment accepted, order accepted. (Btw I'm a patient in hospital,) so a lady phones me After like 25 mins (Nonthlandla) " no we can't deliver all drivers have left" after I've PAID!!! SO THIS SAME DAMN APP COULD HAVE ATLEAST TOLD ME STORE CLOSE XX TIME. NOW I PHONE CALL CENTRE, ETC. no, no one is willing to deliver" because no one who works at Mac Donalds (including a manager) can afford a car or owns one and can come deliver it. Literally 2km down the road.
