Absolutely ridiculous service

Two weeks ago to the exact date, I ordered meals from Mc Delivery, my estimated time was between 18h55 and 19h10 , my delivery guy calls at approximately 19h30 to inform me that he will only be there in the next 10 mins. I immediately go onto the McD's site and cancel the order because it's just ridiculous that he had only let me know long after my delivery was due that it would be late. I've been emailing and calling Mc Donald's customer care about a refund for 2 weeks already and whenever I call finance is never available, the case is being seen to, or they would get back To me later in the day and Still today they have never ever returned any of my calls, give feedback about the refund absolutely nothing, their customer service is absolutely putrid and I will never ever advise anyone to use the McDelivery app..
