absolutely no respect for customers

As we all know mc donalds in nelson mandela drive bloemfontein is supposed to be 24/7. Just a little after 12 (12:20) i arrived at mc donalds to find their doors are closed and ONLY the drive through is available. Driving a motorcycle absolutely no attention was given to my order of any nature. Upon enquiry at nearest open window i could find, i was scolded at and said there was no product (mc flurry) available and why am i not at the ordering counter, though clients after me got exactly what they wanted including mc flurries . Security was making remarks and deliberately pointing towards me as well as remarking racial opinions. Confronted he had nothing to say except when i drove off to hear his racial remarks again. So tell me... why should i support a company which no1: does not deliver and no2: employ ****** personel. Come on, i would have expected more from a multi franchise company no matter what race or colour it is all about. I am absolutely disappointed and furious of personnel dragging a good name through shame and disappointment of their lack in consideration for clients
