Absolutely NO customer etiket or customer service

10min in drive through for mcflurry dfont tell me no ice cream, I went into the shop where i was looked at the lady turned around worked on ice cream machine. Finally took my order and money but still dont tell me there no ice cream! she just carry on with machine whereafter i deside to cancel my order and asked my money back still no word from her spoken to me. No greeting, no sorry ill be with you NOTHING!!!! Manager came out and she also did not say one word to me she did refund and walked away USELESS!!! then the cashier refuse to give my money without my details WHAT THE HELL FOR??? After a while she opened till take the money and throw it in front of me on counter! Useless staff like that cause bussinesses to fail !!!!!! its obviously a punnishment for them to work at Mcdonalds The manger dont even greet the customer she dont try to resolve the matter nothing!!!! how can she over see operations and staff of this world class and known fastfood outlet???? all ladies staff find a job where you dont hav to communicate with customers please you are sinking this business!!!!! I am not leaving this matter here!!!
