Absolutely horrific experience ordering from McDonald’s

I only gave one star because that was the minimum this website would allow me to give.

After waiting for our order for 3 hours and calling McDelivery 3 times and calling McDonald’s Southgate 6 times before anyone bothered to answer the phone we were given the run around. One saying the food is ready waiting for a rider while the other says the rider is waiting for the food. I have been hungry all day waiting for this food which is really unfair. If you’re unable to deliver our order why did you not say that in the first place. This was an absolutely disgusting customer experience and the worst experience I have had ordering food in my life. I am absolutely appalled by this experience and I do not think that I will ever use this service again.

Why do you debit the money from our account when you’re not even sure if you’d be able to fulfil my order because I am now left with no food and no money to buy my food elsewhere
