Absolutely disgusting food and service

I had decided to try their app and placed an order at around 10:43am expected time of delivery was 11:20-11:40. Firstly the order arrived late at 12:20 with a torn bag and spilled cool drink. I understand the cool drink spilling a little. Secondly the food was absolutely cold not even warm. The nuggets was rock hard as well as the chips. It was like we were trying to eat a stone. I have never expected such terrible service from them. Plus you don't even get a number to call if something is out of order. Extremely disappointed and definitely not ordering from them again.
