Absolute **** poor delivery service

<p>I have recently placed an order at Mcdonalds Strand Rd, Belgravia, Belville with the order number (224-15/06/2 ********** ) with the delivery time 2017/06/15 11:45:00 - 2017/06/15 12:00:00. I have been waiting for 1h 35 minutes when i have finally have no longer patience i did decide to call them with no-one to answer. I then receive a call by a lady saying they do not have the drink i have ordered and was hoping to get something else, the only problem is i have already paid for it so not only am i going to wait another 30 - 60 min i will not get the order i have placed. I also cant understand why they would only call me 1h 30 min later to tell me they dont have my drink and will have to wait even longer...its unimagable and i will no longer be using their **** poor service.</p>
