Absolute bad service

I'm so ****ed off right now as this is the 5th time this is happening where McDonald's Milnerton did not pack my full order....I'm trying to call them and no one is answering either so I should pay for food every time and not receive it? Someone better get back to me as to why this is a continues problem where I need to drive up and down to collect a burger or nuggets as this is also expenses where it concerns fuel....seriously so mad!!!!!
