A very unhappy customer that is taken lightly

It takes a lot to **** me off, and McDonalds Thavhani Mall sure did a great job in ****ing me off tonight, I ordered Hot chocolate and light Marshmallows, they then tell me that they don’t have marshmallows, I asked them to refund the portion with marshmallows, Which they couldn’t, I bought the hot chocolate at 20:17 I had waited till 9pm. Then they tell me that their machine was not working. Something they could’ve told me 40 minutes before, I asked for a refund they try bargaining saying they’ll give me free ice cream, The main reason I went there for hot chocolate was because I’m feeling cold I needed something to warm me up. You can’t offer cold water to someone needing a blanket that’s just absurd. They then brought the hot chocolate at 21:10 just to find that it was not even warm. This was after I had waited for an entire hour for hot chocolate, something that doesn’t even take ten minutes on their busiest days just for them to give me a cold order and attitude. I still couldn’t get my refund up to now. So now I have to use my time and petrol to go back Tomorrow for a refund, this means I’ve actually spent more money on getting my refund than getting my order, if this is not sorted out ASAP, I promise this will be my last visit to McDonalds Thavhani this also includes everyone I have influence over. from a very Unhappy customer. They can do better than this. This is not my first, second or third complaint about the very same restaurant. And they always take it lightly.
