A VERY CONFUSED CREW: MC DONALDS MTHATHA PLAZA

I am having a very serious problem with Mc Donalds Mthatha as I always use drive-thru in order get my order and at the same time get home early without going inside the restaurant. It is my second time that I find myself having a wrong order. I bought a Mc Royale meal in which when I was about to reach home I saw that its not fully prepared as the pattie is jst thrown in the box and one side of the bun and was not sure whether it was still being prepare as the restaurant was not even busy where I could say its a human error due to high volume of orders. I was helped by Zizibele Vikilahle on order 1820 on the 2023-01-08.

Previously I had to drive back because I bought Mc Feast (hot) and was given a wrong order that looked like a very basic burger without even lettuce only pattie so its very bad service. I was then given the correct order after asking for a manager then she happened to have known about an abandoned order which was supposingly to be given to me.
