A two and a half hour wait

<p>I waited for a delivery from McDonalds Kenilworth using McDelivery for two and a half hours. This is ridiculous. It would have been faster to use the drive thru' and not pay for delivery! The call centre just apologized and nothing was done to assist! Absolutely useless, don't even bother, </p>
