A star in the service industry!

We had the most wonderful service at Mc Donalds Brackenfell. Natercia went above and beyond! I am a huge Friends fan and she sat with me to help me load the App. Such an amazing lady - Mc Donalds you are lucky to have her. It's lovely when staff genuinely want to help. I hope I spelt Natercia's name correctly but she is a breath of fresh air in a very usual mundane environment. I have lived all across SA and have never experienced such amazing and KIND service. Well done!
