A not so Happy meal.

List of everything that went wrong at Mcdonalds Richardsbay. Saturday 05/02/2022 I am not the one to complain but this day has to be by far the worst experience at any McDonalds. 1) No sanitizer at the door. 2) Self service machine kept declining my card. Eventually I decided to pay at the till. No sign or employee saying that the machine is not working correctly. 3) Waited 10 minutes to assistance at the teller only to be greeted with an unfriendly cashier. Sanitized and clean our own eating area as well getting rid of the dirt from previous people who were seated there. 4) Waited 45 minutes for 5 meals. 5) Constantly tried getting attention by saying,"sorry, excuse me, can I get some help'' from the Manager and other employees after 30 minutes. None which even looked my way to assist me. They just kept quite and walked away. 6) Meals were cold when it arrived. By this point we were famished and just ate the cold burgers as we were scared that it could mean another hours wait should we decide to bring it to attention. 7) Ordered a Spicy Mcfeast, only to be served a normal BBQ Mcfeast. 8) Did not serve the cappuccino with order which took another 10 minutes to make. 9) Didn't have sugar packs. 10) 5 meals ordered - 2 serviettes given.

This had to be worst place ever. Unfriendly staff, a manager that's not driven, unapologetic employees. Can't even get basic orders ready. I hated every minute I spent there.
