A disgrace to the golden arches

<p>Hello,</p> <p>I would like to tell McDonalds South Africa about their worst restaurant I have ever experienced. McDonalds on the Berea in Durban is one of the newest McDonalds restaurants in Durban, yet they do not live up to the high standards expected of the Golden Arches brand. I have experienced their ice cream machine being out of order (yet the restaurant is barely a year old) and my most recent incident tonight at 9pm a huge delay in service - because the store had no change - on the busiest evening of the week ! This store must have the worst management team alive to sabotage their staff by not providing them with the bare necessities to run the store efficiently. Shame on you ! My hope is that McDonalds South Africa will rescue the situation at this store. </p>
