A DISAPPOINTING MOMENT WHERE I WAS REFUSED A TOILET, TO ANSWER TO A CALL OF NATURE AS A CUSTOMER

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's Menlyn Retail. I went there on Friday the 17th July 2020 at about 20:30 in the even to get myself and my family something to eat. When we got there on the drive thru I felt the edge to use the ladies room so I got out of the car and went to the door to request to use the ladies room but to my biggest disappointment i was turned back and told that they don't allow their customers to use their bathrooms. this was real inappropriate as we went there to spend our money and give support to their business. How do they expect their customers to continues with their support if they will refuse them to answer to the call of nature which is never planned? I'm really disappointed with this and i would really appreciate it the owners can go back to the drawing board and re plan the way they treat their customers. If it were up to me I would never support this business until they learn how to treat their paying customers.
