A bone inside the Cajun burger

For the first time in my 24 years I've never felt so demoralized, I went and bought a Cajan Burger using McDonald's points at McDonald's Birch Acres (South Africa), got my meal after some time at the drive thru, while driving home (eating the burger) I felt something hard while chewing, I took it out and to my realization it was a small bone coming out of the Cajun burger, I was in disbelief as to how is that you could find a bone inside a McDonald's burger, a restaurant that has no meal where you'd expect to get meat with bones, I'm disgusted, I couldn't even finish the burger thinking what else could be done to the burger apart from the bone.

I thought McDonald's regularly inspected all their restaurants but seeing what I saw today makes me think otherwise, the employees don't even wear full uniform, they aren't friendly it's as if they doing us the clients a favor.
