A Bad Mac experience

Went to a McDonald restaurant closest to me on Friday or Saturday... Service with a smile but 35-40 min to collect my food is not on and having to watch a father explain this little one that her food is coming as she sees every other kid get a happy meal except her, is actually heart breaking. I logged a complaint on Mc'D's website (INC-5F761-B035F4) indicated that someone should call me at night. Today 26/10/2021 received a call from Customer Care during a meeting (obviously I cant take the call) cut the call 3 times and then I receive a sms saying matter is resolved.

If this is the way McD's resolves customer complaints then I can truly say, I'm happy and willing to shed the pounds of my wallet at Burger King.
