Firstly I would like to express my disappointment in the poor customer service I've received from a staff member(Zanele) at McDonald's in Summerstrand. On arrival, the ordering machine was offline. My friends and I then stood in the line for approximately 15-20 minutes. Once at the counter, two African ladies pushed in front of us and Zanela assisted them first(was this a ****** act?). When I tried explaining to Zanele what the ladies did she then got rude and stated "I am busy, we open the place(24 hour McDonalds) for you and I will make you guys wait 45 thousands hours for your order" which we waited twenty minutes for and when order was received it was incorrect! My friend then went to the counter and demanded to speak to someone of higher authority. The supervisor then assisted her with providing her with the correct order but no apology? You staff requires training as they lack communication s****s, grammar and basic customer service! If this is not sorted out I will go on every social media platform and voice my bad experience!
